An update on TiVo transcoding

I think something is busted with the way the .TiVo file is converted to MPEG2.

Using both TiVoDecode Manager, and the command-line TiVoDecode, I'm seeing artifacting appear at the top of the frame on all my transferred videos.

This is very distracting, and is making me look further for another solution. Stay tuned...
